We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker for the 8th annual Southeastern Biogeochemistry Symposium:
Rika Anderson
Anderson is an assistant professor in the Department of Biology at Carleton College. Her laboratory explores the origins and evolution of life and microbial impacts on biogeochemical cycles using next-generation sequencing tools. Anderson’s work has taken her to the bottom of the ocean and she has actively collaborated with researchers in numerous fields, including astronomy, geology, chemistry, and astrobiology.
