We are pleased to announce the 8th Annual Southeastern Biogeochemistry Symposium hosted by the University of Tennessee – Knoxville will take place virtually on Saturday, May 15th, 2021!

The Southeastern Biogeochemistry Symposium is a unique opportunity for undergraduate students, graduate students, post docs, and faculty members from the southeast to convene and present their latest biogeochemistry research. The Symposium will consist of a keynote address given by Rika Anderson, presentations, poster sessions, and much more!
Cash prizes will be awarded to participants for diverse categories of achievement throughout the Symposium!
Registration is open to all fields related to biogeochemistry, including geobiology, ecology, environmental engineering, geochemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, soil sciences, geology, oceanography, and astrobiology.
